Cancellations fees:
- For cancellations made 14 days before the event, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- For cancellations made 7 days before the event, a 70% cancellation fee will apply.
- For cancellations on the day of the event, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- The hotel reserves the right to unilaterally cancel a confirmed booking 90 days prior to the event date.
In the event that the number of participants is reduced by 50% or more compared to the original binding order, less than 10 days before the event, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the originally calculated amount.
