After our experiences in Košice, where even a tiny dog is often a huge problem, this hotel was literally a lifesaver. They were the only ones in the area who had no issue at all with accommodating us with our apartment-living, non-shedding Yorkie—and for me, that’s a massive plus.

The rooms were clean, warm, and cozy, exactly what you hope for after a long day. The breakfast was excellent, and what truly won me over was that after the concert, the staff allowed us a slightly later checkout. The reception staff are real angels—always helpful and smiling.

I also have to praise them for the huge progress compared to the competition in Košice, where they’ve fallen behind the times and staying with even a small dog is almost an impossible mission. Here it’s the complete opposite—accommodation, professionalism, and genuine humanity.

I recommend them with all ten fingers!

Top hotel! Everything was great. Nice room, excellent staff, and really good food. I've stayed at 5-star Marriott Bonvoy hotels, but I liked this one more. I definitely recommend it.

I only stayed here overnight on my way back home but it was a good, clean spot with really nice service. the placement of furniture is pretty odd but it's not a problem at all.

This hotel is great. It is located in a quiet area, not directly in the city centre. The room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of meals. The staff was professional, kind and always helpful. The price is also very reasonable. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

A fairly decent hotel. Nicely furnished inside. I had a smaller room, but it was sufficient for one night. The kitchen is good. Breakfast offers a wide selection. Adequate services for the price.

We held a family gathering for around 20 people at this hotel. Based on our experience, we have been organizing various family events here for the past 10 years, which probably says a lot about how highly we recommend this hotel for such occasions.

I have not stayed in the hotel itself, so I cannot objectively comment on the accommodation.

Fantastic hotel! Even though it's a small hotel, Room 309 is in a league of its own.  It's literally three times bigger than the rooms I've had in many other hotels.
A special shout-out to the gentleman at the reception... but only the one who helped with the zipper.  Those who know, know! The service was outstanding, and the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. I would definitely stay here again!
