Cancellations fees:

  • For cancellations made 14 days before the event, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • For cancellations made 7 days before the event, a 70% cancellation fee will apply.
  • For cancellations on the day of the event, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • The hotel reserves the right to unilaterally cancel a confirmed booking 90 days prior to the event date.

In the event that the number of participants is reduced by 50% or more compared to the original binding order, less than 10 days before the event, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the originally calculated amount.

We have held several events at Congress Hotel ROCA, and each time we were very satisfied — truly nothing was missing. The catering during the coffee breaks, the lunches, as well as the premises where our events took place were all at an excellent level.

Your food is genuinely delicious.

The staff was always kind and willing to advise and help. We never encountered responses such as “that’s not possible” or “we don’t know how to do that.” If I were to rate the experience as in school, I would give it an A+.

I am very satisfied with Hotel ROCA. Their congress facilities, both the new and the older ones, are clean, pleasant, and always prepared for our event. The coffee breaks are tasty, the technical equipment always works properly, and neither we nor the participants have ever had any complaints.

I would also like to highlight the new congress facilities, which are beautiful and offer plenty of space both for the event itself and for exhibitors. The parking capacity is also sufficient.

Last but not least, I would like to praise the event manager, Mrs. Barabasová — she is an excellent event manager. Everything is handled with her quickly and smoothly. She is always available and able to manage even ad hoc situations.
